Wood grain aluminum veneer is made of high-grade aluminum alloy as the main material. It is formed according to the size, shape and structure designed on the project site through CNC bending and other technologies, and the film is made of Italian wood grain film. The surface is basically sprayed with fluorocarbon. This is a high-end metal decoration in which a wood grain film is printed on a layer of aluminum veneer and fluorocarbon after vacuum treatment.
Curved aluminum veneer is mainly made of high-quality aluminum alloy plate and pressed by 3D CNC arc rolling machine. The production cost of aluminum veneer is relatively high, so from the perspective of output, quality and other factors, it is beneficial to improve product safety. Curved aluminum veneer is used in conference rooms, lecture halls and other places with high sound requirements. This layer can refract sound waves in all directions to achieve the ideal sound reverberation time, making the sound louder and richer.
Perforated aluminum veneer is an ordinary aluminum veneer that is processed into various perforated shapes according to customer requirements and actual engineering conditions using various CNC equipment and then sprayed with fluorocarbon. Finally, the veneer is sprayed with fluorocarbon to form a perforated aluminum veneer. In addition to the various advantages of ordinary aluminum veneers, perforated aluminum veneers also have various perforation styles. There is filler on the back of the aluminum plate, which can absorb and insulate sound. When used in outdoor curtain walls, perforations allow wind to pass through, thereby reducing wind resistance and improving aesthetics.
This product is a fluorocarbon aluminum veneer, which has strong weather resistance and anti-corrosion properties, and has a service life of 10-15 years.
